Chief Executive Officer
Executive Director of Sonic Bloom Podcast Awards, Public Speaker, Podcast Producer, Video Strategist & Instructional Design expert who brings her passion for the art of the spoken word to people who need help finding their voice. Tiphany is a member of AIVA (Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts) and is an AIVA juror. Tiphany is the host of several podcasts including: Raise Your Volume Academy, and Mastering the Podcaster Mindset. She has also been featured in Shout Out LA Magazine, Authority Magazine, Women Who Podcast Magazine, Voyager LA Magazine and has won two Davey Silver Awards for Podcast Excellence.
David Sais
Project Manager
Specialist in Audio & Video Production, from recording to editing. He spent more than two decades as an audio engineer in the AAA gaming industry with a focus on Voice-over and Dialogue. David’s expertise includes Videography and Video Post-production. David has spoken on stages across the nation about podcasting, editing, and video. David is a community builder that founded a podcasting membership community to support new podcasters in advancing their craft.
Greg Sais
Project Manager
With over 25 years in dialogue editing in the AAA gaming and entertainment industry, Greg has developed an ear for dialogue through decades of training and work as an audio engineer. He has worked in television and movies, both on and off the screen, and has been a professional singer since his youth. Greg brings an unequalled passion for sound to KaSa Media.
